- For each material we need your machine parameters (screenshots or table). Without these, no order starts.
- Fixed occlusion
- A fixed occlusion is mandatory. Without it, no order can start.
- Order hours
- Orders are accepted Monday to Friday between 9 am and 7 pm.
Service
- Accuracy of fit
- If a design is inaccurate despite correct scans, it is corrected free of charge.
- Scan check
- On request, you get quick feedback on whether the scan is usable while the patient is still in the chair.
- Complex cases
- For complex cases, the dentist or technician receives a professional assessment in advance.
- Express under 24 hours
- For urgent cases: express service under 24 hours with a 30 % surcharge per unit.
